Exactly, politics today have become dogmatic. People speak of political ideologies as if they are religion which cannot be criticized, examined and contested. What matters is good governance, regardless of the ideology employed. We need too be pragmatic and progressive, not get stuck into a downward spiral of indoctrination.

American form of human rights and democracy is based on “their definition” I suggest not to classify such as a religion. It is when the people in politics use religion as a tool to control the people, it becomes a “non-religion”! Just like when American pushes for globalisation, it wanted to push its access into the world market but not the other around. This was seen like in Japan, many decades ago when Japanese pushes its products worldwide, however, it was very difficult to penetrate their market.

This has nothing to do with globalization, being capitalistic or protectionist, or any particular ideology. It has to do with people believing in ideologies as absolute righteousness. Many Americans for example simply believe that communism or socialism is evil. Yet does not realize that policies like taxes, social security, healthcare, insurance etc. are all based on socialistic principles. Also does not realize that democracy is based on collective principles of the sharing of power just as communism is the sharing of wealth, but continues to demonize socialism and communism while propping up capitalism. Not knowing that capitalism has run amok in America where politician campaigns are overwhelmingly funded by mega corporate and the super rich, to the point capitalism has consumed democracy. In short, they become non progressive. I'm not religious but i'm not against religion so long they are not intrusive. For example, its okay to pick up religious faith, but its not okay to say people are doomed for hell if they don't believe in god. If one wants to portray their beliefs as absolute righteousness, they need to be able to stand up to the test of examination, debate and criticism. If not, its simply just dogma and indoctrination. I wouldn't have a problem the way America politics work if they keep it to themselves, but because they are the world biggest superpower with imperialistic practices projecting its ideologies onto others(often forcibly), people are going to hit back, by challenging their ideologies.

@@zackk4969 我不是专家，以下只是个人看法，疫苗三期临床进展慢已经解释过因为国内没有那么多病患了，要达标至少要有足够的样本吧，那没有病患了，数据自然就从收集上来说少了。至于接种完再次感染delta，这也不是只发生在科兴接种的人身上，moderna如果只接种一针，对于delta的防护只有33%。两针的别说近距离接触病患的医护人员，也有一般的公众打了两针辉瑞和摩德纳的依然感染了delta。到现在各种机构组织都还在研究现有疫苗对delta的防控性并且也都没有达成一个统一的答案，拿别人又感染新的变异病毒来说疫苗有效性实在没必要。本来疫苗也没有100%防护的，更何况面对的还是变异后更强的病毒呢？

I don't agree that US could still be fine when it declined to be No. 2 in the world. Instead it will quickly declined even lower. US hegemony comes from US military that backed up USD and US debt. Countries buy US debt because of trade and diplomacy, and US just printed USD to pay the low to nothing interest. They pay protection fees to US to have US military base on their soil. So if China or any other country is greater than US economically and militarily in total, why on earth they still need protection from US? 在中美的博弈中，我看到的已然是文明的沖突，是“以我爲中心”的西方文化與“天下爲公”的東方文明之間的激烈碰觸！西方近數百年之野蠻、無道的發展，已爲世界、爲人類帶來了極大的災難，是到了糾正的時候了！中國能快速發展起來，如舟行激流遄川，一路有驚無險，豈非上天在向人類昭示這樣一個道理：順道者昌，逆道者亡？！西方之教訓，亦爲東方之未來擔當重任留下深刻之啓迪，人類需要反省，需要返歸于道，不可再妄作下去，否則，等待人類的必是毀滅！人類正在進行著一場關乎自身未來的、特殊的“戰爭”，而我們已經可以看到戰爭的結局！

新加坡的马凯硕是什么来头? 1.他没有读过博士 2.他政治学硕士是加拿大达尔豪斯大学 Dalhousie University 该学校世界排名第328名, 社会科学与管理世界排名第385名 3. 1991年~1992年，马凯硕在哈佛大学国际事务中心任研究员. 只有一年, 但同时于1971 年至 2004 年他在新加坡外交部服务 所谓哈佛大学研究员实质是新加坡外交部付钱的一年培训班 4. 马凯硕号称是新加坡国立大学李光耀政策学院的(创始)院长 目前不在学院的faculty里, 在老版的学院网页有介绍, 但是他的 简历CV的链接是空的(见下), 与此对比李光耀的简历是可见的 www.spp.nus.edu.sg/docs/fac/CVs/Kishore_Mahbubani_CV.pdf 5. 马凯硕写的文章, 书都是吹捧中共的, 他是不是骗子还难说 但一定是拿中共钱的. 一个没有博士学位的教授(他后来在95 年从母校获荣誉博士)竟然带博士生, 李光耀的统治在瞎搞!

Sometimes i wonder if all this is a smoke screen or feint thrown up to avoid or to buy time to deal with issues at home or relations with allies. Fear again is the underlying factor and we need to recognize and deal with the fear, not the consequence or manifestations of that fear. The alternative is much scarier, for all of us who live on this planet.

我觉得这2件事我们中国人都无所谓。 特朗普是个乐子。 大规模战争。搏一把搞不好中国能NO.1两千年。保底也是互换。我们的敌人一定不会比我们好多少。 这种事。说白了稳赚不赔。因为我们有实力玩。这种事情说白了就是双方稳定与定位对方位置的一种战争。只要不是大规模核战争。那么对中国就是一定有利的。 中国发展到现在。没有使用过力量。地位与实力已经不匹配了。

It's not hopeless, possibility is Russia, China/Europe could lead with wisdom/vision/fairness. Which would gained cooperation with more countries, releasing death lock. Upmost 💓 the talk, without giving out for better tomorrow ONE WORLD.
