I love this video. You are always so energetic. 碗粿 is not easy to make from scratch. Haha 😂 Visit 七股和北門 next time. You can learn how to clean 虱目魚 and take the fish bones out from the fish.
台糖 is sugar factory, not candy factory. Awesome video!

I believe the place you went at the beginning strictly speaking is "not quite" a candy factory, instead a sugar mill built during the Japanese era, and sugar mill diversified its business by making sweets, candy and ice cream during the off season.(sugar can only harvest in winter months)

Can you add more English descriptions about the places you visit? Despite my Chinese last name, I do not read Chinese. More English information will help us foreigners when we visit.

Wow! As a Taiwanese, some stuff you filmed in the video was new to me! Very good job! I enjoy the awesome scenery you showed us! But there’s a suggestion...If you can try to change the pronunciation of 「糙」of the word 糙米漿 from the fourth tone to the first tone, it will be perfect!!! “Cao” with fourth tone has a “Really Special” meaning🤪🤪🤪...
