Yes. I think natto is the best fermented food in the world. Sticky is the best nutrient. Yes green onions and peppers are the best combination. My favorite is Okame Natto.👍😉
From this upload, I now know what "hikiwari" means! I can buy natto even here in Toronto, Canada (price range $2-4, all imported from Japan). I think a lot of people have a pre-determined concept not to like natto because it is not aesthetically charming and gets frighteningly sticky and stringy when stirred. I personally eat natto without stirring so it won't get messy when I eat. I totally enjoy your channel! :D

Its quite natural some original foods go abroad and have found a new role of local cuisine. Just as some cheese were loved by Japanese as good topping for our menu. (I personally like Epicure Cheese with Japanese Egg menu (Dashimaki-Tamago) or with (Miso Soup) Hope you would also find some new style with Natto.
