罗阳（1961年6月29日-2012年11月25日），男，汉族，辽宁沈阳人，1982年8月参加工作，1986年8月加入中国共产党，北京航空航天大学飞机设计专业毕业，研究员级高级工程师。
生前曾任歼-15舰载机工程总指挥，沈阳飞机工业（集团）有限公司董事长、总经理、党委副书记。1999年享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
2012年11月25日12时48分，罗阳在执行任务时突发急性心肌梗死、心源性猝死，经抢救无效，在工作岗位上因公殉职，享年51岁。中共中央总书记、中央军委主席习近平26日做出重要指示。习近平指出，罗阳同志不幸因公殉职，我谨致以沉痛的哀悼，并向他的家人表示深切的慰问。
