Xiaolongbao is actually Jiangnan cuisine...... I know in Westerns' eyes, they are all "Chinese" food...... Taiwan's most traditional cuisine is from Minnan cuisine (southern Fujian cuisine). Taipei has one restaurant named Golden Formosa, which sells Taiwan's Banquet Cuisine (酒家菜). This restaurant's website also has an English version. Amy in her channel once tried to cook Taiwan's traditional food from Fu Pei Mei's cooking teaching book, but most of it is not Taiwan's traditional food......
