Ng Long Pa Kua Kwan is one of the weapons form of the hung gar system. It *is* called pakua for the octagram orientation of the form, but it has nothing to do with baguazhang.

...which of course implies the the question: Are these arts related through lines of teaching, or are they similar because they independently discovered what are good moves? It's creation vs. evolution all over again. :)

This a teaching video. you can find a lot of other powerful performance. No sifu displace their power 100 percent ,. If you like to find how powerful , try their discipline . There is another one which is Ng Long Pa Kua Spear which then modified to pole and they can carry arround for trailing in today peaceful world . This form is used for combat and the Yang Family were the Chief General , they practice every day and they protect the country from invasion from the North and West Border. It is for killing ....now for health training and martial art. This guy can kill people in one punch and his punch will be over 1000 pds with his internal power accumulated in his body day by day and practice this lineage for a long time , no fuss.
