Yes I was also coming to comment about this. I would love to see more about Christmas traditions, decorations and markets etc in Sweden. How Taiwanese people express themselves depending on their personalities and upbringings. (I am a Taiwanese living in Australia and I am actually more comfortable in expressing myself now that I have been living in Australia for more than 20 years) 😊
I am from sub tropical east Asia and I love Sweden. Been 10 years and I love the cold. Can’t stand 36C humid summer. I was in Taiwan July this year and it was tough

I’ve been living in Sweden for 15 years. Stockholm is my favorite city in the world. I’m so happy living here ❤ love the cold dry weather here but not the cold wet in Malmö😅

My TW partner who worked in Swedish Trade Council before, she just loves Sweden so much! I myself love Nordic countries. So if i had a chance I would come to Sweden to live a few years as well, esp. after watching your filming of the lakes and forest, Sweden is so beautiful! I lived in a country which the lowest temp with windshield -50. I felt that after -20, -50 didn't have much difference at all.
The Festival of St. Lucia, which is traditionally celebrated on December 13, begins the Christmas season in Swedish custom. Could you shoot the celebration of the lights? Love to see the unique culture of Sweden. It is cold but warm in the heart! Keep warm and healthy! ☺😍🙏 May Charlie's grandmom have a speedy recovery.☺
I am from Singapore, extremely hot & humid. Moved to Norway in 2012 and has stayed for more than 10 years now. I like the weather. I love the cold but I just don't like the ice on the ground.
2024 would be my third years in Germany for studying, yes the weather was the first thing I noticed, how huge it can impact my mood, but as time went by, I think the biggest issue here is how difficult to make friend, like really close friends. I'm sure people are nice everywhere, but the way Taiwanese and German interacting are just too different, and for me it's sometime hard to bare. I guess if I have choice to spend time here and there, I might enjoy Europe a little bit more : ) Anyway, all the best for Charlie and you!
Yeah I know, but it is mostly related to dry climate. I sleep pretty good and take vitamins xD

18 years ago when I first moved to Sweden, I have encounter a stranger came and said to me and my Swedish husband, "You shouldn't mix Swedish blood". It was a shock. 😞 At the same time, when I watched Taiwanese TV shows, there were all kinds of discriminated comments towards immigrants to Taiwan too. It is sad these type of people existed.

I'm an exchange student from Taiwan to Stockholm. I like the beautiful streets in Sweden, especially when it snows. However, aside from the cold winter, the lack of sunshine sometimes makes me feel a bit down. I'm really curious about what a typical day in the life of a Swede is like during winter!😀 By the way, I really admire you and Charlie's life, so please don't worry too much about what others say-especially when it’s not a polite way to show concern.

亞熱帶氣候的台灣很難想像瑞典的寒冷,不過我認為寒冷是可以藉著時間慢慢適應的。

Sometimes a swedish person could be very straightforward, like my colleagues here in Sweden. They don’t mean to be judgmental but honest with what they think. It took me a while to get used to it and now I have learned how to “umgås med dem”. Hope you and Charlie would get through it together. Best wishes

Jonas can we have the flavor of both blueberry and chocolate at the same time in the future?🥹 just can’t live without any of these two. (My Christmas wish😍❤️💚)

Maybe u can buy blueberry and the chocolate one and mix!:) I love to make also chocolate blueberry, only problem is that granola Gaga is a small bakery so they can only make a few flavors at the same time and I don’t want to sacrifice the other ones 🤣🤣

I will not feel good if I hear commands like that either, a lot of time people don't really know how their commands hurt others, I am sure it's not intentional, just ignore. Hope Charlie can come home soon.

I used to live in one of the colder states in the US where it snows in the winter. Temp. can drop down to -5 degrees at night and 3 degrees in the day time. For a person from Taiwan, it was fun to see snow and go skiing during the first year. However, by the 2nd year it was no longer fun. I hated the freezing cold air and wet icy streets everywhere. By the 3rd year, I got depressed as soon as the Summer ended. By the 4th year, I packed up and moved to a much warmer state. Sweden is a lot colder (-20? geez) than where I was. Plus, its day light in the winter is very short which is also not fun. I am sorry but your relative might be right. Yes, there are Taiwanese living in Sweden. Maybe if Charlie is not the Princess on the Pea, she can survive longer in Sweden, but 7 years will definitely be a huge challenge for her.
@emiliac84804 күн бұрын
I do want to add that Taiwanese are not made the same as those who were born in cold weather. People born in cold weather countries tend to have higher body temperature and can survive in cold winter better. Everyone is different. Even Taiwanese can be different. Some have more body fat and hate the heat. Some are built for warm weather and don't like cold. So, there is no need to argue wether its better to have a 36 degree or -20 degree weather.
@JonasTjader4 күн бұрын
I think it is also genetical, however after 7 years I was at least a bit more used to the Taiwanese heat, and when I came back Sweden felt REALLY COLD. But now I am used to the cold again xD
