完璧なお箸の持ち方【元小学校教諭が教える】（

■持ち方のさかのぼり指導第２弾
前にスプーンの持ち方を伝えました。それは力を抜いて道具を持つ練習をしていかないと鉛筆を楽しく楽に持って文字を書くことができない話をしました。今回はお箸編です。お箸の持ち方も実に個性的な方を多く見受けます。
　一昔前の７０台、８０台より上の方は、お箸の持ち方を親や教師から教わったそうです。今できないのは、教わっていないことが原因です。
　そこで、故高嶋喩　児童かきかた研究所所長が考案した完璧なお箸の持ち方を丁寧に分解してお伝えします。

前田昌彦プロフィール
1957年生まれ。
1980年～2020年３月まで小学校教諭勤務。
自身の持ち方が酷く、文字が汚く、どうしようもないと悩んでいたところ、児童書き方研究所、所長の高嶋 喩先生に出会い、正しい持ち方の指導を受け感銘を受けた。
以来３５年間、担当クラスの児童に持ち方の指導を続けてきた。
現在は、「正しい（合理的・機能的な）持ち方の指導者」として、全国の小中学校、大学の学生や、教諭や保護者向けにスプーン、お箸、鉛筆などの持ち方の指導者として活躍。また、指導者を育てる活動も併せて行っている。

Masahiko Maeda Profile
Born in 1957.
He worked as an elementary school teacher from 1980 to March 2020.
When he was worried that he had a bad way of holding, the letters were dirty, and he couldn't help it, he met Mr. Takashima, the director of the Children's Writing Institute, and was impressed by the guidance on how to hold it correctly.
For the next 35 years, he has been teaching children in his class how to hold it.
Currently, as a "correct (rational and functional) way of holding instructors", instructors of how to hold spoons, chopsticks, pencils, etc. for elementary and junior high school and university students, teachers and parents nationwide. Active as. He is also involved in training leaders.

2:33〜のカチカチをやろうとすると、箸先がクロスしてしまいます。 クロスにならないために何を心がければいいんでしょうか

厚切り牛タンさん、コメントありがとうございます。お箸先の先がクロスする原因はただ一つ。親指や薬指にまだ力が入りすぎているからです。動画を見て真似をしてください。そしてお箸を持たない反対の手で下箸をつまんで固定させると力を抜くことができるのでしばらくそれで練習してから反対の手を離してやってみてくださいね。

正しい持ち方をするとどうも無駄な力が入っているのか、中指と薬指の爪の横の箸が当たってる所が痛くなるので自然と指を伸ばし指のお腹で箸を支える癖がついていたので不格好でした・・ 長年の癖が取れるまで諦めず基本を忘れないように力を抜くように頑張ってみます。 早く痛くなくなるといいのになぁ・・

RomKunnさん、感想ありありがとうございます。長年の癖は脳が記憶していますのですぐに無意識にやってしまいます。意識的に正しくしようと思い続けることが大切です。指の体操の動画も見て指をしなやかに動かすこともしてみてくださいね。あとは完全に手首を立てて親指が上箸に９０度になるように持つと薬指と小指が力を入れずにおり曲がります。動画を見て練習してくださいね。
