萬法唯心 All Phenomena are Created by the Mind
經常有人找我算命看風水，我不能說我不會，要不然人家會鄙視我，甚至會毀謗佛法。出家這麼多年，還是一個博士，連這個都不會，博士文憑是不是買的？這個和尚是不是假的？諸位，『萬般皆是業，半點不由人』，一切皆有因緣果報，想靠他人來改變自己的命運，這種作法就是顛倒。佛法明明講：『萬法唯心，命自我造』。要想改命、要想改風水，就要從修善法開始做起，從自己的內心開始改變。只有內心改變了，一切都會隨之而變。
All Phenomena are Created by the Mind
Often people come to me asking for fortune-telling or feng shui advice, I cannot say I do not know how, otherwise they would look down on me, and might even slander the Dharma. After being ordained for so many years and having a doctorate, yet do not know how to do even this, was the doctoral degree bought? Is this monk fake? Fellow practitioners, 'Everything is due to karma, and not a bit is within one’s control.' Everything has its causes and effects, relying on others to change one’s own destiny is an inverted approach. The Dharma clearly states that “all phenomena are created by the mind, and our fate is self-made.' If you want to change your fate, if you want to alter feng shui, you must start with cultivating virtuous practices, and begin the change from your mind first. Only when the mind is changed, everything else will change accordingly.
