無綫台慶聚集無綫精英分組表演各項環節，例如歌舞及趣劇等表演，競逐「萬千星輝大獎」。無綫主席邵逸夫通常會由應屆香港小姐陪同欣賞台慶節目，利孝和夫人則會在節目尾聲切蛋糕與祝酒。由於無綫台慶與邵逸夫生日為同一天，所以在邵逸夫在生時無綫台慶同時亦為其賀壽。
