@@sickjoke6666 naja man merkt es schon wie groß der Unterschied zwischen natty Kraft und Wassermuskelkraft ist. Der 100kg chubby Typ hat sogar beim ersten mal grosse Probleme bereitet. All die anderen die vielleicht ein bisschen mehr als die Hälfte von ihm wiegen sind ja wohl wirklich ein Witz. Er schaut vielleicht 10 Jahre bullig aus. Während dessen wächst sein Herz aufs doppelte und die Leber wird zu Brot. Und sowas nehmen sich dann die Kinder als Vorbild.

​@@sickjoke6666eben, die ausgangsgenetik muss stimmen. Wenn ich stoffen würde wäre ich zwar stärker als jetzt aber nicht ansatzweise so stark wie leonidas. Außerdem kommt es auch drauf an wie und was man nimmt und der Körper muss auch die Gewichte verkraften, ich würde mir die Gelenke wegballern auch mit hgh und so. Hab mir schon mit 120kg die rotatoren Manschette gebumst.
