Guns were used by samurai culture in the latter half of the Sengoku period.🤔 The samurai era is long🙄 In reality, it was difficult to mass-produce guns, so they fought with swords, bows, and spears.
Konbanwa dear Kris🙋♀️ It seems like everyone has a very special impression of samurai😅 Samurai is just one occupation. Farmers, merchants, and government officials were all equally treasured by the Emperor. However, I think that samurai who carried swords had more responsibility than other citizens.😌✨

Konbanwa Dear Nachi, 🙋♀️ Samurais are symbols of bravery and heroism 🙏🏻😊
Former Olympic ice skater Shin Oda, a descendant of Japan's famous Sengoku warlord Oda Nobunaga, provides commentary on ice skating. In modern times, the rulers of the Edo period have become ordinary citizens.
The last time that type of armor and that wheel-lock firearm was used was the battle of Sekigahara. That was a brutal conflict with Tokugawa Ieyasu becoming the first emperor of Japan afterwards. The exact details aren’t clear as most accounts are third hand and aren’t exactly accurate although we do have a timeline of events. Miyamoto Musashi served under the eastern army although he ran away hiding under dead bodies as the battle concluded as he couldn’t handle the blood and mental toll. He fled to a Buddhist temple where he learned the walking meditation technique. Three years later the legendary beach duel happened between him and the clothes dryer aka Sasaki Kojirō only because the sword he carried was longer than normal and gave him a long reach (clothes were dried on a long bamboo pole back then, the sword resembled that pole). Musashi came late during that scheduled fight to throw Sasaki off his mental state and it got him completely raging, sloppy in his fight. Musashi came with a simple wooden sword carved from an oar on the boat. The fight was quick as Sasaki was killed in less than a minute, a simple block and back of the head hit was it. Sasaki was impaled through the heart to prove a point though and his skull caved in. He went to Osaka next taking part in two battles. Late in life he wrote the book of five rings which is still a big thing today.
