I love how each types has their own Special gimmicks. It's unfortunate that they disable those gimmicks in newer games.

mainly in 4 but yeah, in 3 they still kinda have that except all Speed characters consume musou there. edit: oh yeah I almost forgot that 3 removes counter attack on Tech characters, dang I remember using them a lot because of that specific function. edit 2: after watching the video abit further, I gotta say you're right. All characters in 3 have special actions that's pretty much like Power type character with no variations whatsoever. No more unique string attack with Tech, no more stationary/moving special attack with Speed type. Dang, they really simplified it.

@@clumsydrawer I actually like the idea of simplify the Type gimmick in 3 The addition of "Wonder" type that has the spirit dash like they do in SW3 is good, but nerfing "Technique" type to just have the guard step is not so good for me

伊達政宗のアーツは2でも統合されて続投してたのがなんとなく嬉しかったですなぁ〜。 性能は空中タイプアクションのが強かったですがw 今川義元のアーツは歴代で最も当てるのが難しい技でしょうね！ この頃はテクニックのEXカウンターが高難易度の救済処置みたいになってて、当時下手くそだった私にとって必需品でしたわ。

強力なカウンターやチャージ攻撃の強化、特殊技が出来る〘テクニック〙 攻撃をジャンプでキャンセルしたり、応用の効いたアーツが使える〘スピード〙 スーパーアーマーに破壊力のあるアーツが使える〘パワー〙 初代と魔王再臨(z)はゲームバランスは滅茶苦茶でしたが、各タイプの強みがしっかりしてて死にタイプが無かったのは凄かったです。 難易度が上がると敵も味方もメチャ強になる大味なゲームバランスですがプレイヤーも鍛えればハチャメチャな強さになるので、面白い作品ですよ！！

They all have their unique charge attacks, so called extra attack. Check the character’s move set and it will tell you which charge attack is their extra’s
