Nice, precise, concise. I'm sure you'll get many questions about why you aren't doing full circles with each palm. People don't understand the cleverness of LYQ was finding common points, and making things less not more. This was exposed to the English speaking world when it was written about many times by Adam Hsu, in the 80s and 90s.

Ground Dragon Martial Arts The video demonstrates the 8th Palm. The previous seven are just each has one less move minus from the 8th. But some with inserts of variations for connectivity reasons.
