我喜歡帶著茶具旅行,帶著喜歡的茶與人們分享。世界上有很多種茶,如何才能與一支喜歡的茶相遇,是很微妙的緣分。我喜歡大自然,探索不同的茶產區、走訪各山頭、不同的氣候、不同的品種、不同的製作工藝、不同的民族文化。對我來說要找到好品質的茶很重要,因為愛茶,我著迷於追求好的滋味,也想將這樣的味道分享給別人。
關於茶的來源,如果想知道真相,就必須自己去現場。
我每年都會前往雲南茶山找茶。我去過很多地方,像是勐海、昆明、易武、臨滄、保山。以前我和父親一起找茶、收茶。我們在每個地方待上的時間不長,選茶、品茶、交流、買茶,很快地離開。而現在我花更長的時間待在同一個地方,看茶樹、製茶、喝毛茶、與茶農一起生活,隨著相處時間建立起信任關係。我覺得人與人之間的關係比茶更重要,這樣的體驗過程讓我對茶的學習與認識更為立體。
深入茶山學習茶滋味與知識,比閱讀文字知識來得有效率。為什麼會有這樣的味道?製茶工藝的觀察、不同滋味差異的原因。如果待在家裡,只喝茶,沒有任何關於這杯茶的正確訊息,全憑感覺,是難以學習的。
對我來說,推廣茶文化很重要。它不只有味道,還關於我們的生活美感、慢下來的儀式感,同時也照顧我們的心,當有越來越多人喜歡上泡茶,就會有更多人喜歡喝茶,發酵的不只有滋味,還有更多善念的分享。
I enjoy traveling with my tea set, sharing my favorite teas with people. There are many types of tea in the world, and finding a tea you love is a subtle fate. I love nature, exploring different tea regions, visiting various mountains, experiencing different climates, tea varieties, production techniques, and ethnic cultures. For me, finding high-quality tea is important. Because of my love for tea, I am fascinated by pursuing great flavors and sharing them with others.
To understand the true origin of tea, you must visit the source. Every year, I travel to the tea mountains of Yunnan. I've been to many places like Menghai, Kunming, Yiwu, Lincang, and Baoshan. In the past, my father and I would find and collect tea together. We didn't stay long in each place, quickly selecting, tasting, discussing, and buying tea before moving on. Now, I spend more time in each location, observing the tea trees, the tea-making process, drinking raw tea, and living with tea farmers. Over time, we build trust through these interactions.
I believe that relationships between people are more important than tea. This experience makes my understanding and learning of tea more comprehensive.
Learning the taste and knowledge of tea deeply in the mountains is more efficient than reading about it. Why does it have this flavor? Observing the tea-making process and understanding the reasons for different taste variations. If you stay at home and only drink tea without any accurate information about it, relying solely on feelings, it is difficult to learn.
For me, promoting tea culture is important. It's not just about the taste; it's also about the aesthetic of life, the ritual of slowing down, and taking care of our hearts. As more people enjoy making tea, more people will like drinking tea. The fermentation process not only enhances the flavor but also spreads more goodwill.
