Here is how Galilean relativity really works. If there is a slower clock such as Einstein theorizes in his Special Theory of Relativity, the Galilean transformation equations used by Isaac Newton say nothing about that slower clock. x'=x-vt y'=y z'=z t'=t inverse equations x = x' - (-v)t' y = y' z =z' t = t' In order to show the time of the slower clock in S', the equations would be x = x' - (-vt/n')n' y = y' z = z' n = n' n' is the time of the slower clock in S'. (-vt/n') is the velocity of frame of reference S relative to frame of reference S' according to the time of the clock in S' that shows n'. The equation n = n' shows that the time of the slower clock in S' is being used in both frames of reference. To show that light is traveling at c=186,000 miles per second according to the clocks in both frames of reference, we would then say, x=ct and x'=cn'. This would be true whether there is a slower clock in S' such as Einstein theorizes in his Special Theory or whether there is a faster clock such as scientists say they encounter in GPS satellites. What has to be remembered is that a second of time of a clock showing t is not the same amount of time as a second of time of a clock showing n', the way scientists of today teach. Saying that a second is based on transitions of a cesium atom is the same as saying that a day is based on rotations of planets. That does not make a day on Jupiter equal to a day on earth. Jupiter rotates four times while earth rotates once. The same is true of transitions of cesium atoms if they slow down or speed up according to conditions of motion and gravitation.
