I think that Italy has good carpenters and they can fulfill your desires. And do not forget about the distance, which greatly increases your cost.

Thats right. Here in south korea the most lacking things for carpentry is getting materials. Well wood is way more expensive here then europe.@@hrcuisine9780

An ardent follower of Vitten's work and channel here- I may have the answer for this. Valchromat. A version of MDF that has better water proofing.

I think that was the electrical circuit board which holds circuit breakers and must always be exposed and easy to access.
