The no one reviving is most likely due to - Lack of reward - Glitched UI - Skip revive mentality - confusing UI Besides that I doubt it was mostly COD boys.

there's other reasons as well. Ill use one of the situation I was in. Me and an ally were charging up behind the enemies when 4 came at us at one time. My ally got killed but I wasn't going to be able to get to him without taken out the 4. I did successfully but sadly the revive timer was too short to do so. I believe the timer needs to be increase personally, because if your dead that means there's most likely still an enemy around. When I played medic I revived everyone I could but the issue I ran into was either the time runs out too fast because I couldn't make it in time or they skip.
