w33 Techies | Dota 2 Ranked Gameplay

My typical game of techies: I get first blood, i get early kills on carries and other heroes, i suicide and don't let them kill me, i snowball, i go something like 30/6 but we still lose.

i know how to win with techies, is not about how much you kill them , is about how much farm you deni , route to jungle etc in early game, i can keepenemy heros on level 2 or 3 sometimes they just quit. but its my strategy ... i guess everyone thinks they are pro techies lol

Why he, as well as other pros, drops items before activating suol ring's sacrifice? Differently than bottle or arcane boots, soul ring's sacrifice adds another separate pool of 150 mana. You cannot amplify those 150 by dropping intelligence providing items. Am i wrong? EDIT: i was wrong, it works like any other item that provides flat amount of mana...

I wonder how many time the guy playing techies got reported and low-prioed for asking for solo mid. I'm also a big techies fan, and i enjoy playing him in ranked mm, but i get rreported alot, as soon as the game starts, which has sent me to low prio a couple of times. And alot of times, times the game is lost simply because my own team atempts to screw me over :(

I'm sorry but, although i'm sure playing techies is really fun and I bet there's a few great players out there who can really make it work, every time someone on my team picks techies in ranked I cry a little inside. He will almost always get first blood, which is great, but after that, apart from a few nice triple kills it really does feel like a 4v5. Techies just can't really participate in straight up fights. I guess he needs the team to be built around him a bit and for the team to play a bit differently but that doesn't really happen in AP

Techies have an awesome teamfight presence. Stasis traps alone have a 4 second AOE stun which is more than ravage. Problem is that most Techies players run around the map and mine their own towers the whole game. In my opinion Techies should be played similar to Pugna, as a pushing hero. But instead of dropping the Nether ward every now and then Techies can mine rotation spots early and provide a HUGE AOE stun lategame, + they got a free bloodstone with AOE damage. Only sad thing is that most players don't use the 4 seconds stun for a good follow up or pick heroes that don't synergize with Techies.

B20C0 The stasis traps take forever to setup though, everyone will either just move out of their radius or kill it before it goes off. Techies biggest teamfight contribution are there suicide, but that falls off massively later on in the game

etheldir128 not really... i think the static trap is set when someone already open a clash... it takes 4 second to set up + explode, only 1 second for the chance of enemy to escape (initiating skill mostly have 3 second stun) It also can be used for gank purpose... Yeah... many techies so 'noob' nowadays.. but usually i give them chance to prove themselves before anything...

Oh don't get me wrong I know he has skills,I've watched his Meepo and Techies alot but lost all respect when he cheated in a tournament for "Funises" makes me sick, If he can cheat at this point in his career then how do we know what he's done in the past? bribes? Fixed match making? MMR boosting? In my opinion makes the whole Dota community look bad and he shouldn't be allowed to play professionally at all.

There are so many things wrong with this video it makes my head hurt. SF not harassing techies and steam rolling creep last hits. your first item you go for is scepter instead of euls's which people could argue is even more valuable than scepter. people ganking a hero which specializes in defending his spots, and ganking without wards. you going bottle first before boots and soul ring, the fear of techies suicide can get SF off of last hitting creeps but other than that NBD. you wasting a mid spot on a techies in general when you could off-lane and leave the better lane to someone who could do more with it. not leveling suicide first if you are going to lane and not place mines from TP early game. i play techies exclusively, and consider him way better disrupting the hard carry off-lane, and requiring a support to baby him with wards and harass in order to get farm splitting the exp and keeping a 2v1 in that lane so others can flourish. regardless this seems like a really rediculous "ranked", if you could even consider this ranked, game that you seem to steam roll retarded people. BUT GREAT VIDEO!
