Every time I see a big company like Westin launching their new belly boat I am simply amazed, how they simply copy paste yet still think they got something new. The W6 and W8 are exactly like all other belly boats out there. Additionally everybody comes up with this bad seat and no features. Just check the FLTB-9 from Decathlon. Lower price, better seat, motor mount, already built in mounts at the sides and boxes on each side. At the end a much better deal imo.

Hi Karsten, Das Setup, das ich verwendet habe, war völlig einfach. Ein Fischfinder kann nützlich sein, ist aber sicherlich nicht immer notwendig. Ich entscheide mich dafür, nach Gefühl zu angeln und das Boot leer zu halten. Wenn Sie sich auf das Belly-Boat-Angeln spezialisieren möchten, empfiehlt sich ein Blick auf das Zubehör. Toon Van Ham

Sehr geehrter Herr van Hamm. Danke für Ihre Antwort. Mein Text bezog sich auf den Wert der Ausrüstung, der schon sehr beträchtlich ist. Sicherlich der guten Qualität und Langlebigkeit der Produkte geschuldet. Aber trotzdem muß eine alte Frau dafür eine Menge stricken und nicht jeder kann für Boot und allein die Rute mal locker über 1000 € ausgeben. Ich kenne viele Angler aus meinem Bekanntenkreis die Sie sehr gern in Beiträgen und Wettkämpfen sehen und natürlich auch die Daumen drücken. Hat ja letztens beim YPC geholfen. Alles Gute für Ihre noch hoffentlich laaaange Karriere. P.S. bleiben Sie bitte so natürlich und sympathisch.
