вот в США я научился ловить рыбу профессионально, я ловлю то что мне нужно и если рыба не того размера она должна быть я отпускаю, я люблю рыбалку и вижу что вы готовите угрей, а тут их используют для рыбалки приманка, но я латиноамериканец, и лично я тоже люблю его есть, и правда в том, что я люблю мясо, оно очень вкусное, спасибо за видео, брат, и, как я всегда говорю, извините, если вы что-то не так прочитали, я перевожу с испанского на ваш языком писать тебе.. спасибо за это видео брат, храни тебя бог.

I used to live in Camperdown Australia for a little while , a small stream had thousands of eels in it. We fried it in the pan but too oily , this way on charcoal would be perfect. Eel is so nice , those fish patties are fantastic. The carp looks clean over there ,in Australia we can't eat it, full of mud and tastes like mud. The rivers here are muddy . They are trying to get rid of the carp. I would eat those patties anytime. Yum.

There are many cyprinids (carp-like fish) some are tasty, some are not.

Put the fish in a clean water bath for a night (alive). Change the water couple of times too. It should take the bad mud taste away from the meat.

They're Lamprey's not Eels, probably just as nice to get the fat out of eels hang them for a day or two in the sun..

I absolutely love the fresh water sink you have made! I wonder if it’s spring fed, or from a river? Either way it’s amazing. On a side note, if you have never looked into the life cycle of an eel you should. They are wild creatures!

They would be known as lampre eels here in Ireland, only found in certain areas, they wouldn't normally be taken for eating but I read somewhere they were considered a delicacy on the tables of royalty in England back in the day.
