Waʻa Ceremony kicks off 13th Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture

The Wa’a Ceremony at Kualoa Regional Park on Wednesday kicked off the Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture.
The ceremony symbolized unity as traditional canoes bring in representatives from more than 20 Pacific nations.
