They are using the 3600 Crore from IPO to fund the Solar Cell plant they are building. Once their Solar Cell plant is also operational, there will be further growth in their margin due to backward integration. Really looking forward to this IPO. Even after IPO in case I am not allotted. I will buy some share of it for sure at 50-55PE. I don't see it being traded below 80 PE to be honest.

​ @alpeshmoree If you can hold for long term. Company is expanding so there will a lot more growth in company in next 2-3 years. Won't be surprised if can goes to 6000-8000 in a year or so. After listing PE would be around 60. While it's peers are trading above 100 PE. Green Energy is a hot sector with excellent growth prospect. This is one of the best company in Green Energy sector. Before investing in any company I first check it's sector and growth prospect. Will that sector grow in future? Is the company building new facilities to grow it's business? Track record of promoter? ( Btw In case of Waaree Promoter have excellent record) Then check valuation PE, PB, Revenue & Profit growth, Debt, ROE, ROCE, Cash flow, Peer comparison, Margin, If margin is consistent/growing ? If you like you can do some course of fundamental analysis course. That will help you a lot. Just search on KZbin "Fundamental Analysis"

Just to clarify based on what I saw in Waaree CEO's interview on various channels like CNBC, ZEE Business etc. 4:55 Waaree export share changes depending on when they execute orders. Depending on the situation sometimes they execute domestic and sometimes export. Waaree has a great rating in US and consistently get orders from there. Tier 1 rating as per Bloomberg
