Technically he didn’t, it was found in an Uber🤷🏾‍♂️ and people who are in the streets who know about rentals and 3rd party transportation it’s hard to actually convict you on a case…. Ubers have multiple customers in and out all day, that could be anybody’s🤷🏾‍♂️ anybody could have left it there, even if his fingerprints are on it he could of argued he saw it in there and touched it…. They would of really had to go through the whole procedure if he had an actual good lawyer, which is the main reason they even offered him a deal🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ so it’s not his car, gun wasn’t found on him, Uber didn’t see him with it, he basically just copped out to save time, and they offered him a deal because they can’t actually prove for sure it was his…. Cases are way easier to beat if you are in a rental, Uber, or somebody else’s car…. Because the number of potential suspects goes up because of how many people use the vehicle….
