The first challenge is pretty much not survivable, because you'll accelerate with speed while falling, and you could pass out while falling, and also by the time you hit the water, you'll be going super fast, which doesn't give you much time to do a water dive, so you could literally break your bones on impact with the water, and if you have passed out, you will drown under the water, and if NONE of these things happen to you, depending on the species of sharks (I'm assuming their bull sharks to make things simpler) you will be eaten by the sharks, because bull sharks are much more aggressive than other species of sharks.
