With my metabolism I'm never becoming obese. I'm actually VERY underweight & eating a lot, same stuff you'll see morbidly obese people eat, yet, still underweight... I'm currently at 105lbs & yes, I do have an emaciated skeletal appearance. My mother is morbidly obese with a slow metabolism while my dad, who wasn't underweight like myself (I have illnesses to thank for that), but his metabolism was extremely fast. Of the two I inherited dad's. That light speed metabolism & polymyositis combined make it nigh impossible to keep any healthy weight on. Oh well, nothing I can do about it so why worry? Negative thoughts never help anyone! Oh yeah, almost forgot! Mom is doing quite well with her weight loss!

I mean, my metabolism sucks cuz I hardly eat cuz I don't have time. So when my metabolism is slow and I do eat, it just adds on. I would like to exercise, but I have a full time job and take care of both my blind parents, and my mom has cancer. They don't live close either. It's exhausting. It's hard sometimes to eat properly when you don't have time and need convenience.
