I love that zone wacky workbench that was from Sonic the Hedgehog CD and Sonic OVA the movie I would love to see one of my favorite zones from Sonic CD returned for a new Sonic Mania 2 I like how they do the music of wacky work Beach it sounds so smooth

The picture showing up the present version of Wacky Workbench is quite inappropriate compared to the remix, since it remix the "Past" version.

the picture is the past. you can tell because of the canyon in the background. Present Wacky Workbench is entirely indoors

So it's without a doubt the present version.
