I think "yes". Because it's available in Bangladesh ( a very small country ). But if it's not available to you ,then I guess it's not globally released yet. If you find it on your "play store/ app store" can you notify me. I'm very curious I would also love to know which country your from. Then again no force 🙃.

he plays in Hong Kong so the ping is smooth... if for example you want to play games outside of China use a VPN

He probably lives in SEA so he ping isn’t gonna be that high. and he uses gear up booster or UU booster which lowers your ping by 10-20 Ms
