Ok so quick skill rundown -Passive is an enhance where each time you "leave" combat (either after killing an enemy character or leaving a team fight maybe?) you gain a stack each stack increases dmg based on enemy missing hp (about almost half lost hp at max stacks) -1st skills a simple dash that can stack on 2 using this skill twice triggers an attack boost that does an aoe where you landed after the 2nd dash -2nd skill is an magic Aoe slow (thats it) -And ult is a charge or enhance over time dash that takes away all your passive stacks and deal extra dmg based on passive stacks.using this is a risk as you sacrifice dmg for more dmg.

Leaving combat usually means not taking nor dealing any damage within a set amount of time (usually 5 secs) and I believe he can also see enemies’ locations on the minimap if they’re moving, attacking, or using skills (usually you’d need a teammate, a skill, or minions in sight of them to reveal their locations)
