My friend has a storage unit she’s been paying for yearssss,sorry,it’s crazy to me,she pays it in full every six months 🤦🏻‍♀️😳,to store all her furniture from her last house I mean by now she’s probably paid $10,000 for that furniture. What a waste also a friend who’s been paying a storage unit for all his deceased mothers belongings ,she passed about five years ago,that he can’t seem to get rid of nuts, nuts,nuts

This feels like an older woman who liked to shop. She likely took I'll, and she or one of her kids had a moving company come in and pack out her house because they put her in a care facility - or she put herself there. The clothes speak of a plus-size older woman. That this came up after 14 years, she likely passed, and the kids wouldn't pay and didn't want to deal with the contents - if she had kids.. That's my take on it, from experience.

OK, good find with the Silver, though probably silver plate. One problem 4 myself though is the careless attitude in handling the products. The plates should have been re-wrapped and the same for the utensils, which were a two-part set. At last, why were you not excited about the penny laying on the truck's tailgate.

When my grandmother passed away I found some vintage costume jewelry it was made like great big black earrings and she had a pair of white ones that matched them that was like a flower with diamonds and they weren't real diamonds either and each one of them sold for $200 a pair I could not believe it

The cosmetics marked Club A or Signature Club A are from HSN and they're made by a brand called "Adrienne," that used to be called "Adrienne Arpel," I think. They've been around for a long time. Usually unopened dry cosmetics like eye shadows and powder blush and face powder should be good for years. Lipsticks that are usually full of preservatives will keep a good long time too as long as they don't get too warm. I think some foundations and creamy skin products may not age as well as their dryer counterparts and may begin to separate and break down with age. I guess you don't know how old the cosmetics are?

The Lenox set is either a set of 8 or 12. Loved watching this video. I had a waterbed for eons. & Here in Arizona never used the heater!!! Only got rid of it cause I could no longer find replacement mattress. Which sucked. That bed was Awesome!!!

Very nice find! Silver is at 30 bucks an ounce! You have probably close to 2k in gold and another K in silver. Maybe more. Some of the older antique silver and gold will go for three times more too! I’d say y’all hit the jackpot on that storage unit.

Definitely an old lady who passed away. Addicted to shopping on QVC and HSN. Tova (Borgnine) was Earnest Borgnine wife and had a perfume and make up brand for old lady's with money. That Silverware is a matched set of dinnerware and cake and dessert serving spoons and knives. 60 years old in mint condition. If you sell it for just the silver price you're only gonna get half of what it's worth. Cool stuff. Liked and Subscribed!

Hi Ashley and Wade. First of all, You, both have lost a HUGE Amount of weight. If you don't mind sharing, how did you do it? Biggest change was by far Ashley! Your hair, no glasses, still that beautiful face. I went from 628lbs. to 510lbs. then had Open Ruen-Y Gastric Bypass Surgery. and over 3 years got down to 148lbs. Gained some of it back where I have maintained to 168-182lbs with difference of fluid retention. I thought it was on subscribe, but I hadn't commented (only good things) and not that often) But you both look FANTASTIC. and never open a factory sealed box or the receipt or paperwork if you have it (which you already probably know already. And some of that hand blown glass looks like Morono from Italy (hand blown glass) there may be the paperwork in the box where the ornaments were in. A couple of the ones were at least $900-$1200. those ornaments are worth at least double what you paid for the unit or 2 1/2. And you need to get collector books with value of Costume Jewry just 1 broach to a collector may be worth over $ 1000-$3000 or more depending on the maker. And some even may even have semi-precious stones, Dr. Lori Appraisals. Look her up on KZbin and type in what you want help with appraising (pricing) to audience members free. Records, Books (First Editions or Singed), Costume Jewelry, Decorative Artwork of Glass, Paintings, Original Artwork signed by the Artist or Prints Singed or Signed and if numbered like the sterling silver round plates, Coins (ones that are errors like - double stamped stamping over the first, and major errors where half of the coin - front or back are missing, or printing on the wrong size for the coin, and the bills (silver seal) and the numbers and dates for both coins and the bills. one of those coins that are really rare can be worth $ Thousands of dollars (watch the coin collector KZbin channels (don't remember names of them, but same thing type in what you are looking for in the description) I would have Ashley or Grandma or another family member or friend look these up. They show pictures (like of the costume jewelry). I know you are not selling the stuff for what is worth, or Antique Chinese Vases, Art, Jade, Jewelry, and more. Costume Jewelry alone can be worth a mint!!! Best of luck, I know neither one of you have the time to research buy books or look on google search and paste the photo into the image window after you take the picture, but this would save loads of time and change heading to shopping for the price. Love you both and your channel, but doing some research for the pricing will make you double to10 times more to see what it's worth. And some could actually be auctioned off for a bidding war especially with collectors! Take care. Kathy from Minnesota

Silver is plus or minus $30 an ounce, it keeps jumping back and forth. Just hold on to it, silver is guaranteed to go up. 1964 and before dimes, quaters and silver dollars are 90% silver.

Don't dis on younger people and say they don't know what coins are. I still use cash for everything, and out of all the yard sales I go to, it's the older people that seem to have a harder time making change. (Also really depends on the time of day and how worn out people are at the time) I've had people assume I don't know what a VCR or VHS tapes are because I'm young. First of all, they're not that old, and second of all, basically all 80s or 90s theme kits use VHS tapes and cassette tapes as decor.
