Wado-ryu karate bázistechnikák (wado-ryu kihon waza) - Kapocs Sportprogram

A KAPOCS Sportprogram keretében összefoglaltuk a wado-ryu karatestílus alaptechnikáit, hogy egyfajta vizuális oktatási segédletként járuljanak hozzá az egyes technikai elemek pontos elsajátításához.
A különböző technikai csoportok és az azokon belül található egyes technikai elemek enciklopédiaszerűen, egymásra épülve, egymást kiegészítve találhatóak meg a csatornán, hogy minden érdeklődő megtalálja a számára fontos információt.
Az oktatóvideón a wado-ryu stílusra jellemző mozgásanyagot a Magyar Karate Szakszövetség által javasolt 7. danos karatemester, Rostás Tibor mutatja be.

Jujutsu is actually an important (if not the most important) element of Wado Ryu Karate. Otsuka Sensei was a master of Jujutsu before learning karate from mister Funakoshi.

with the basis little higher and defense movements right next tho te axis of the body, allow Wado ryu to explore speed and dodging. Furthermore, wado ryu also has grabbing techniques! its an interesting style of Karate! congrats!

THATS the correct techniques as taught by our senseis toru and suzuki ,however ,today wado ryu is flawed and has no technical value ,due to british senseis who learnt from amateur black belts or associations use wado ryu as an income for mediocre teachers . many Dojo use a wrong technique to PRACTICE mawashi geri , of course many senseis have hips replacement after many yrs doing it wrong . much more to do in the UK for wado if its not dead already .
