Giving people credit is extremely important. It's why copyright laws exist. I understand Minecraft is "just a game, why care so much!?!?". For people that aren't as mad as Wadzee: you can get one wither rose and bonemeal it to get more. Also just mining the surroundings to a farm is probably faster and gives you all the netherbricks you need for fortress farms...

I once built such a thing, it was a lot of work. I just removed the big part of the fortress and didn't care about the rest of the world. It worked well enough and saved a lot of slabbing.
