"dreht durch" (infinitive: durchdrehen) is pretty much only used as in "going crazy", in fact (original meaning would be "spinning freely/uncontrollably"), normal spinning would be "dreht sich" (infinitive: sich drehen). And "steht still" (standing still) is of course about the world stagnating. However, there still is a double meaning, since we're in the territory of electronic dance music, after all, and "dreht durch" can also be about the world (the club) going crazy on the dancefloor and "steht still" be the crowd standing still/being silent between tracks.

​@@NotesNNotesit also means that the world stands still when something incredible happens, good or bad, in this case i would say rather bad, because at the beginning of the track the word "Welt" actually sounds a little bit like "Geld" which means Money and is pronounced similar. But that's only my guess.
