Dear Maheer, I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the incredible Azure videos you create on your KZbin channel. Your content has been an invaluable resource in my learning journey, and I have benefited greatly from the courses I have taken from your channel. I have also enthusiastically recommended your channel to others, and they have expressed their admiration for your expertise and teaching style. Recently, I have noticed a growing trend during phone calls and interviews where the topic of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) in conjunction with Azure Services arises. It has become increasingly important to have a strong understanding of ADLS and its integration with other Azure services in order to succeed in these discussions. Therefore, I would like to kindly request that you consider creating a series specifically dedicated to ADLS. Such a series would be immensely beneficial not only to me, but also to your dedicated viewers. Once again, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you, Maheer, for the remarkable effort you put into creating valuable content. Your commitment and passion for sharing knowledge have made a significant impact on the Azure community. Please continue your exceptional work, as it truly inspires and empowers aspiring Azure professionals like myself. Thank you once again, and may you continue to thrive and achieve great success.

Hands down the best information on synapse on youtube. What I especially like is that you show little details and reiterate on formerly mentioned concepts to reinforce learning. You are doing more than just the typical rattling off the documentation that other youtubers do on new subjects like AZ. Very good job.

If you highlight sql query n run then it will execute the highlighted one I think. Hence, it was showing error. Otherwise, your query was correct. So I think we can highlight n execure part of the sql query or we can run the complete query without highlight. Please correct me.

Very informative, cleared my views on Serverless. Can you share any resources for learning serveless pool?

Hello Maheer. First of all: thank you for the amazing content! this tutorial series is great! I was hoping you could help me understanding something. It's not clear to me what the "schemas" section of the "database" created in a serverless pool represent. I understand that this db doesn't actually have any storage and it just provides an interface for us to use TSQL. but what about the schemas? when I create a db, there are some schemas already, but these schemas do not have any tables, at least I can't see them nor query them. Can you elaborate this aspect? I think it would be a great complement to this video

Hi, Can you tell me if adf linked service can connect to serverless sql pool(buit-in)
@WafaStudies2 жыл бұрын
Yes we can connect. The way we connect to SQL server it's same. We should use serverless SQL end point as server name in linked service

Hello Maheer. I really appreciate for your help in giving information related to ADF and Synapse Analytics. All your videos are really informative and useful. I have a question regarding Synapse. Can we able to import CDM format file ? The column header and rows (csv) comes in separate files in folder. If we read just csv there would be no header information. Do you know how we import the header too from manifest file? Thank you in advance.
