I think the issue was you didn’t target down the lina every fight. Going in on tide and pudge just isn’t worth the effort until lina is dead.

@@vovablood Yes, so you look to jump for her instead of taking the fights on their terms. Thats isn’t saying you can always do that as obviously sometimes you get caught out or off guard by an initiation but for the most part, you at the beginning of every game should work out who it is that is your main target and priority based on the roster you are facing. So example; when I play grimstroke, I almost always get a blink, I know after 20 mins all the cores will have bkb so it’s not my job to target them anymore, my job in a team fight after the laning and pick off stages are over is to jump into back line and target the supports with silences/stun combo so that my cores can do their job of man fighting with no interruption. Another example was against me. I was playing skywrath from a support position but transitioned to a 4th core after my 12th kill and realising I could do a lot to help my team. The enemy team was very smart and simply bought two blinks and bkbs on bs and pudge to make sure that no matter what I died before I could get my spells off, they would happily jump onto back line of fights knowing I was most of my teams damage and without my they could ignore the others who havent been doing great. They snatched victory from the jaws of defeat by focusing me down as my team just didn’t have the damage without my aghs phylactery ethereal blade combo. Dota is more about positioning and targeting than it is items. If you can work out who, when and why you should be targeting someone, you will improve massively just on that knowledge alone. Something I learned after a few years. Not being obnoxious, atleast I hope I don’t come across that way. It’s a genuine reply. 🙏🏻

What's the argument on why aghs in weak?

4200 gold to do 175 more physical damage with your Q is not that strong. Phylactery costs 2400 and gives 150 magic damage and roughly the same stats (like 30 health less). The underlying argument is also that the gold steal of aghs is less important than getting more survivability and damage by building more cost efficient items. Bounty hunter gets much more value from killing heroes and surviving than he does from stealing gold.

@@1makes1 Should be said that while phylactery does more damage to a single target, the aghs does increase damage against all targets, so it's not just a worse phylactery for a higher price. That said, it's still a fairly cost inefficient purchase, but I still like getting it later on when I've exhausted other ways to boost my shurikens and already have the survivability items I foresee to be valuable.

@@1makes1makes sence, but bh is super weak as a frontline hero Until super late, getting aghs Will provide decent exta damage from further range and unlike philactery or that ítem, it jumps on every tracked hero and steals gold from all, i do like bh alot Just because of how versatile aghs is

This is just copium kicking in. BH has great armor and is a great carrier of early and mid game teamfight/tank items like drums, lotus and crimson. I can guarantee you that phylactery plus drums will always give you a better win probability than aghs (plus its cheaper).

This midgame there was a lot of time spent shuriken without kills. This was like the only bounty replay aghs looked good and you thumbnailed don't buy aghs Dx

Hey Wagga, if its all the same to you, can you change your anouncer/voice pack? I watch your vids to go to sleep and that fallout guys voice is quite loud even on min volume. Bit of a third world problem but its bothered me for years 😂😂 youre the best
