The Wagakki Band demonstrate how together and 'tight' they play in their live shows. It seems to be a common thread with Japanese bands. I always admire the way the stage audio engineer, sets up for the live shows. It must take hours to balance the traditional instruments against the fully amped electric guitars and Suzuhana's voice. Then there is backing track levels all to include for the live set. Just amazing and that is before you take in the visuals!

The title "Hakushu Kassai" means applause, and the content of the song is a kind of cheering song. There are several other WGB songs, such as "Kishikaisei" and "Singin'for ...", that send ale to those who are working hard. They were supposed to be selected as the official ambassadors for "TOKYO 2020" and publicize the Olympics, but unfortunately they couldn't play an active part due to the pandemic.
