Chicken Katsu Curry
2 tsp x olive oil or coconut oil
1 x apple
2 tsp honey
2 x onions, sliced
5 x garlic cloves, chopped
2 x large carrots, sliced
2 x tbsp spelt flour
4 tsp curry powder
600ml chicken stock
4 x tsp soy sauce
2 x tsp garam masala
