The bible tells us many are called but few are chosen. Revelation 17: 14 adds the word faithful. See the was verse Rev 17:14 They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings-and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.” I believe if the chosen ones are few then the faithful ones will be extremely few. Unfortunately there are people who serve but were not called to the ministry by God but many as Philippians puts it is god is the stomach they glory in shame. Maybe a number of them who called by people or called themselves for the purpose of money. You will know them by their fruits please check who is leading you by their fruit. Let It be a person who is called, chosen and faithful.
