SAY IT AIN'T SO!!!!! I think it is safe to safe that Wagertalk Today will never be the same again. Teddy, thank you for all of your effort and professionalism through the years. I can only hope that your departure is in the name of a change of scenery and new endeavors, and not the result of ill-advised group think, or the byproduct of cross eyed focus groups. You have always been a beacon of reason and rational thought at WT, and it is comforting to know that there will still be plenty of outlets from which to enjoy that going forward.

Honestly, I only started listening to Wager Talk because of TC. I've learned so many sports betting knowledge from him since the "Sports BIT" days on KZbin. Agree or disagree, I will miss his daily breakdown. But after learning from him the past 20 years, I have to say Prez is my favorite co-host with Teddy.

What a sad day times two. First I cannot view Wager Talk Today live anymore until mid March because of my schedule change. Next, I watch the replay and find out Teddy will no longer cohost WTT. I have been a loyal viewer of this show since DAY 1. It is part of my day and I have to have the daily betting information this show provides. Teddy is special. He is different from most of the handicappers at Wager Talk. I have learned to like, even love Prez over the past year. I think he has gotten a lot better in terms of eliciting and providing quality betting information. No one measures up to Teddy Covers. His follow up questions to the guests have strengthened my position to follow a handicapper or fade them. And with great success I might add. He brings a wealth of serious sports betting information to this show and frankly legitimizes it. I probably will still view, but it will not be the same. I know there is a lot behind the scenes that us viewers are not privy to but I don't understand this change in format. Very sad day.
