Any Merril subs on here that can verify his record? I've been subbed since early October and I think I'm down overall , in addition the year fee of $1200-$1300 I paid. Wondering if I should just cut my losses. I also subbed for that Tokyo Brandon guys JBL and been an absolute horror show that I stopped betting his plays. Any one have a good experience? I hear in all these videos how they are doubling and tripling bankrolls. Did I catch 2 bad months? Hoping Im wrong but one person should be able to verify who is not a wagertalk employee.

These past 2-3 months have been rough for a lot of handicappers all over even out side of wagertalk. Im not negative simply because I don’t bet every single game and just picked my games wisely. A strategy that I use that works very well for me is that I tease whatever play Merrill gives out for example if he gives out a winning team by spread I may just take the ml instead. If he gives a total I’ll do a little bit more research of my own and either tease the total to something more reasonable or probable. To add on top of that a lot of these handicappers are starting to come out of this rut I’m starting to notice. Steve is just too good man couldn’t pass up to comment . Give him the chance and he’ll make you a satisfied customer. Don’t listen to these trolls they are just upset they take every game without doing any research of their own and just expect cash to fall from the trees lol it’s gambling at the end of the day. Take a smarter approach and 1 more tip of advice if your going to be betting a sport you might want to be watching it or have some knowledge of the sport/team/players to be able to have a greater chance of making a decision rather than betting blindly.

@@mosesgarro4599 Are you a paid sub? I've added my own input to Merrils plays by either not playing something or hedging the other side in situations which overall has kept me slightly positive. That said, I shouldn't really be using my own input much if Im paying for his picks because he's supposed to be better than I am right? From my post , his record is like 39-41 since I subbed up. You really need to be @52% to breakeven with the vig. Steve and others are advertising all the time how they are up 170 , 180 units and it seems to be a little exaggerated because it never seems to be updated . I need him to strike at a pretty good % to make the whole thing worthwhile. I know nothing is guaranteed but you are paying these guys to hit about 55% of the time or at least enough where you can cover the cost of subbing and then additional for profit. Just finding it a little hard to believe someone who claims to have doubled or tripled a bankroll in a years time just happens to be under .500 in a 2 month span that I sub up. Worried that these records are just fabrications and not reflecting reality. Thanks for your input.

I am a paying sub ... Steves record per sport on client plays since oct4 when i subbed. CFB 13-13 NFL 12-12 NBA 9-10 CBB 1-5 MLB 4-1...if you bet $100/play would be down $680.45. luckily I've hedged a lot of plays or avoided some so I think I'm up a little but I'm hoping this is a cold stretch and not what's in store for the rest of my sub. Anyone who has been subbed longer please let me know if this is just a bad stretch or this is roughly what it's gonna be. Looks like no way Id recoup the money I paid to sub , nevermind a profit. I hope this is a bad sample.

I've been fasting all day yesterday. Ready to cook me a small Thanksgiving lunch and enjoy some football. Here is my predictions. Bears will cover the +10.5 it will probably drop to +9.5, 9 at its lowest. Either way ill take it. Way to much hype on the Lions. Giant's ML. This will probably be a fade the public bet for sure after seeing last week's game against the commanders. And finally the packers -3.
