My spring from the nipple its so tired moving inside. 😩 its this can be a reason for no priming ?

Yes if it doesn't spring back up when you push it, it won't seal

@@westsprayairless8763 the red button of priming working spring is there but the one where you attaching the hose with gun the ball is loose cos the spring it's looks tired after 4y of using

with these machines from ...how much paint can these machines take till the pump go's if you clean it though properly as i have 350r

I have got a 250r and I have put at least 800 ltrs through it and it still works fine if you take the inlet tube off and put some piston lube in it and let it sit for ten minutes you won't have any issues with the unit at all do this every time you use it and it will last hope this helps

there's no official number for these in terms of volume before pump wear, but thorough cleaning, correct thinning of paint, working at the required pressure rather than full pressure, will definitely keep it running for longer

@@westsprayairless8763 yes definitely I clean mine to within an inch of its life after every use and to be fair its a very cheap pump in comparison but it just shows if you look after it it will last just a quick question I'm getting a new pump I'm looking at the graco 395 titan 440 and the graco 495 what one is best for house bashing cheers

It will take a 619 I've never used on I use a 517 or 515 depending on what I'm spraying
