Sir at 13:57 why second is more stable in 1st structure c has +ve charge but in 2nd structure o has +ve charge so second structure is least stable naa because o is stable in -ve charge pls explain sir

Because in stability of resonance structures, we need to check the following conditions in the given priority: 1. More no. of bonds (meaning more complete octets) 2. Less no. of charges 3. Separation of charges 4. -ve charge on more electronegative element According to your question, the first structure is less stable simply due to incomplete octet of carbocation.
