I'm from SP. Now term break in new course after deferred from previous one due to stress and depression. After Term 1 of this new course, I don't know how long I have left. Studying in poly sucks when you have depression. I'm useless

Do seek help from a doctor. They could give you medication to feel better. Also visit nature places like going macritchie for a hike yourself and walk at least 10km. It worked for me.

@@noproblematallmate I tried seeing one in IMH. Most they do is just throw you in a psychiatric ward until they decide you are better. That's what happened to me from 1 March - 3 March 2022
