You have to differentiate between Money and Currency, today both legally and in fact they are different species, Money in its strict interpretation is an obligation that is due, (we therefore create Money when we create obligations that are due - hence the word coming from a latin name "Moneta" FYI: Moneta was a Goddess of remembering in ancient Rome, to us this is of course academic, but currency does have a subtle but essential character that is other than Money - in todays Banking system, whether we like it or we don't - that is how it operates, sadly like INH says our so called Ulama' are largely ignorant of this fact, sad to have to say, but still true. The issue that sets Islamic Currency apart from todays fiat Currency is that Private debts cannot be floated publically - like they are today in all the Corporate/Bankrupt States of the IMF controlled Polity, private debts have to be liquidated privately. This was the practice of the Ahl Madeenah and the salaf.

Are you saying this objectively, or because you have few salafi students? I know some salafis are good. But once their Syekh told them not to be friended with ahl bidah then problem starts. Here in Indonesia many of salafi syekh call other ulamas other than their group as ahl syubhat, and they progressively do tahdzir on others. As a result commoners salafi nowadays shout bidatin dholalah to other muslims. No peace when salafi is around. They just have this mentality of "we're more sunnah than you".

It was said, O Messenger of Allah, who are they? He said, "Al-Jamaa’ah." (Ibn Maajah, no. 3982) The bad news this hadith has been full filled, Jews with unlimited sects, Christian has already 2300 denominations, and Islam (search internet) already more then 73 sects. Islam never and does not teach sectarian so, 'Surely unity is God's rope; therefore hold fast all together to 'its firm handle' (Qur'an 2:256)

Salafism is just a methodology. So a salafi is someone who says I follow the salaf the people of knowledge and practice from first 300 years after prophets passing. So like I am a salafi at the same time I denounce what someone did in some place. At the same time I denounce those who opposed imam Ali (A.S) and Hussein (A.S) but I am still salafi because that methodology is the reason I am able to see there are many salafis who know what I know but won't speak because of fear.

Not so, they are terms that have been founded differently, there is a loose affiliation between those followers of Abdul Wahhab allied to Ibn Sa'oud in the first phase and the latter Sa'oudi controlled madhaahib like madkhali etc, , for us Salafi authentically means those who follow the salaf, those who use that label today but are not natural sucessors of the salaf, are many things, they are not Salafi - it is a total misnomer and oxymoron. Let us call things by their true names as is appropriate and just. There are many deviant sects and methodologies around today some due to ignorance others due to the conspiracies of more sophisticated players who have created and used these as instruments to control the profane and the heedless.

Nearly every Arab country has issues that there are in Saudi Arabia, but at least KSA doesn't have bid'ah, whilst the rest of other ones almost have. Their dawah and methodology has a well-defined metric, not just like exagerating over rituals or doing pointless things.
