He knows that Lingyi and him are connected, and that Lingyi is a good person, and there might be a good chance if they kill Lingyi, they can win. With the introduction of the surgeon killer role, odds are stacked against the good guys. Detective will have a hard time deciding whether the info they get is accurate or not. Nic played this role well. Kudos to him.

Nic's accuracy and decision making was perfect this round, the only way that the good guys would've won is if benzo brought back Keiji and then the only sus person left would be hirzi, however Nic's decision to make the super killer explode and to change Keiji's identity was the play of the game. So my vote goes to Nic (well played by Thomas and Jason though)

Wow I'm amazed by Nic and Thomas! This is interesting! Edit: What if Hirzi was voted out first? Then Lingyi gets guarded but it doesn't matter who gets killed because there are three superpowers. What would happen if Nic and Lingyi died at the same time?

Am I right to say that the game was decided the very first day, when Keiji (unknowingly) connected a civilian and a killer, the killers coincidentally chose to kill a civilian, and Lingyi mistakenly helped to vote the cupid civilian out? See, even though Thomas successfully guarded Hazelle, the killers would logically take her out the second day so that the good guys (i.e. Thomas) have less information. Since the killers chose to take her out via Super Killer, the Undertaker could not bring her back even if he wanted to. This was likely by a stroke of luck, as they could easily have chosen to kill her at night as well as she could not be guarded consecutively, and they couldn't tell for sure that she was a civilian. In this way, only Lingyi is left as a civilian, and as her fate is tied to a killer, there was no way for the good guys to win. (By the way, Nic is the MVP for manipulating the votes towards himself by acting suspicious, although Jason's failed challenge against Lingyi helped cement her as a good guy and hence Nic as a bad guy.) Statistically speaking, the chances of connecting a civilian and a killer are 2/9 x 3/9 = 7.41%, which is much lower than the 3/9 = 33.3% chance of doing so if the cupid adopted the strategy of connecting himself to another player instead, so I suppose Keiji just got unlucky. Sometimes luck just isn't on your side, and... oh well. Looking forward to seeing more strategies for the Cupid and Undertaker! And also what a Detective should do with a "Bad" verdict when checking :)

The undwrtaker was a lil' unlucky that the first night time kill was a super power n not a civi so his power didn't help. had Thomas not guarded hazel, benzo could have brought her back n immediately you know 2 good people. in future, anyone playing guard needs to take lnto account the undertaker's ability and not just protect the most likely target. also, super killer can be more gung-ho. if u know u plan to suicide in the coming day, do so right at the start before for player talks so that no one can discuss anything. nic played a great game today. bravo.

This was epic game. As soon as Kelly died, the killer own. It was very straight from there. loved the new roles. Although the cupid thing is really tricky. Cause if it ties to a killer he/she will use them as meat shield like this one. If it goes to attach two civilian and somehow voted cupid out then it will again become a easy game, if two killers or one superpower and civilians or just two superpower ties; in most of cases the game get easier for killers to win. But I’m curious to see how this cupid things unfold in future episodes.

Great start to the new season!!!! the killer surgeon is damn OP if he's lucky as he showed in this round where he gave the detective two false leads. A lot of coincidences like the Knight challenging Lingyi to actually prove she's a good guy just b4 voting and the detective checking the only two person that the surgeon turned. And the undertaker was played superbly by benzo as he only resurrected when he knew who was the good guy, just another coincidence he didn't resurrect a civilian All the new roles will probably play a part in changing the overall dynamics of this game. Cupid's arrow ended the game prematurely for the good guys, or else I'm 80-90% sure the hood guys will win in the next round.

IDEAS FOR SEASON 8 it should be called vikings take over At night each round vikings pick 2 people to protect if either get killed or attacked he can see one of the killers If the Viking holds a bad guy and detective checks him/her they will be revealed as a bad guy! An extra type of civilian Medic this civilian gets tapped to a player (of there choice can be good or bad) once a game and they can save them if there healed and mediced overdose (if they heal a bad guy the bad guy will get 2 chances by voting so if they voted once they stay alive) if they don’t use there ability then they lose it! Ghost - this civilian can get last words any time they die ghosts can manipulate votes (once) the time they die so if number 7 has 2 votes they can make 1 vote go to player 1 (there chair will be put backwards so they can’t see what is going on) and they can only manipulate up to 3 votes -double killer this killer one a game they can kill another person and it’s only in that persons decision so no one else could disagree if one of the people they kill are healed both survive Twins- these characters are tied to together if one dies the other does to (extra characters good guy but like vampire in there own team) but there advantage is if one is healed other is to! If there is twins and 1 killer and 1 super power they will count as civilians (if one player is voted the other stays same thing with psyco or super killer brought down) Super killer- you already know what that does Extra roles 1 normal killer 1 normal civilian 1 detective 1 doctor 1 knight 1- psycho There will 13 players Hopefully these are good roles it will be a dream for one of them to be added
