Use Clarified butter when you fry fish. Butter burns at 350 degrees Clarified butter smoke point is 485 degrees. Great video! Ive been a subscriber for years.

Heiko, in reference to your garden.. What I have is several large pots I got from Costco. I have a few tomatoes in some of the pots and peppers in the other. This way you can get some really good soil going in those pots.. I also have a few pots with basil and mint in each one. You don't want your mints and basil planted directly in the ground because they will take over a area in a few years. Once you start growing stuff you can eat, you will love it and every year you will be buying pots to grow new plants. I also took one pot and put about a foot of dirt in it and started throwing my organic kitchen stuff in it and basically made it into a composting pot. When it gets full from the scraps and you putting a layer of soil on top you can let it sit for a year and turn it and start planting something directly into it or put some in another pot and add some soil and plant something else... Also, you can chop down that yard vegetation and put it in the bottom of the pots and throw dirt on top of it and it will eventually break down and enrich your soil..You get plenty of rain water!! use it to water your plants. Get a barrel and have a down spout fill it up..Put a screen over it so it does not harbor mosquitoes. Put a water spicket at the bottom of the barrel and Bam, ya got free water and its the best for plants.. ..have fun.

Had to respond to your comment. I refuse to eat shark because one tried to eat me in the Pacific ocean in southern California. Chest high water something bumped into my leg area. Being from Michigan originally, my California friends told me that the shark bumping me was testing to see if I was food. I got the heck out of there and never went into the ocean further than my knee depth.

When I used to live and fish in Florida, the Mutton was the top favorite with Yellowtail after. The Porgy's are ok but not as good .Now in NC, when I catch a Porgy, I just throw them back as they have a much more fishy flavor than I care for. No Muttons up here, but we have Vermillion and they are good, but seems still not as good as those I used to eat in Florida for Muttton or Yellowtail. I never caught any Vermillion's in FL.
