idle current at 4.8A a very high idle consumption will drain the battery faster.. with low frequency transformer type at same power, idle current can be less than 2A. So far the demonstration was highly satisfactory. Nice work!

Hi, congratulations!! Could you tell me if have you experienced any issue or problem with the LP filter?. Did you have any problems with L-C resonance? I have been working on a prototype using EGS002 (also using a compatible pinout board based on a PIC that I have been working on) and in both cases I had some problems with LCL filter. It seems that at resonance frecuency, there is a lot of energy and I can see high current peak across the capacitor in paralel branch, wich still remains if a limiting series resistor is added. I think it could be a matter of choosing the resonance frecuency which should not to be close to a (sub) multiple of switching frecuency (in EGS002 switching frec is around 22-23 KHz, in my board it is 25 KHz), but unfortunatelly I am not sure about it. I will aprreciate any comments about this subject. Thank you very much.

Kalau pas cetak pcb lagi, saya pesan pcb nya mas untuk plts dirumah. Selama ini beli inverter yg udah jadi, kalau rusak bingung servisnya ngeliat jalur😄

Whay use 2 inverter stages? Wouldnt it be much easier if Simply boost the 12v to 300or 400v and then Use EGS Hbridge to make it a Sin wave? Anyway awesome build

Hello! Good work! But why a litz wire consists from such thick wires? When I made AC/AC HF converter from galogen lamps (300W) I had unsucces with thick wire 0.33millimeters. A transformer was too hot and a current density was roughly 2 A/mm2. When I change my homemade litz 0.33mm on 0.16mm the temperature of wire had been decreased much. It was a construction like a steel rope. 12 wires was a minimal twisted wire unit. These wires (5 unit) twisted into one - e.t.c. A current density was 4A/mm2.There wasn`t any cooler.

Hello again.I try to made this nice project I’m on made ring fritte ...i used 2*4 turn for primary and 65turn for secondary and then i don’t know for two other out put how to turn ...i use 3turn and 3 turn again but when i connect it to board i have dc 380volt well but my 8 *fr207 start to hot so much and my step down module start hot much ...!!!

Never use totem pole driver for high volt boostrap ground connection it will break down very fast use optocoupler isolation and use half bridge driver ic or just the optocoupler

Hello again.i made this project completely. Now i have two problem...one-> my hi volt fet(23n50) near inductor start warming to hot with out any things connected for run or light(i use about 3mh inductor) Two->when i connect a fan or light to out put 220vac start to down and then turn off and inverter module restarted.why? All things start true and good and out put is sine wave good but i don’t know why that two problems happen!,,! I use 24vdc20a power to run. Can you help me to solve?tanx
