As far as I know, there aren't many legal short-term rental condos in Waikiki, but it's a possible condo.

What's the association fee ? BTW....Cost segregation costs thousands of dollars to do. If the buyer is a high-income earner, why does he need a mortgage ? Can't he pay all cash ?? Building looks very old.
