What I like about Wailea Ekahi Village, Wailea Elua Village, and Makena Surf, is they were developed in the 80s. Per square feet, there is more open space comparable to condos built at a later date. Also, the amount of beachfrontage is amazing offering luxury oceanfront condos just steps away from the beach. The amenities range from amazing beachfront pools, tennis courts, and private security; most of these condos are gated. I love the Wailea Board Walk, a morning walk from Wailea Ekahi, to Polo Beach Club is a great way to start the day.
