how do you do this sound with more than one chords thing after hitting chords one by one, you know, hitting the right chords and then doing a sound that involves more than 2 chords in 2:13 - 2:14, like harping. I can't do it! :P

You mean strings not chords. And the answer is it's difficult so you have to practice! And honestly Eric Burtons technique playing this is strange and not something guitar teachers would advise you to learn doing
